The reason why these two participants have been selected is because of their profiles and needs that meet the school's professionalization plan. Their selection was made democratically and took in account the current situation and planned situation of the school and staff. They will represent our school with professionalism and contribute to the improvement of the school. They are capable to bring forward the desired outputs and their participation will improve the teaching quality and learning outcomes of our school by European professionalization and enhance school's efficiency by revising and strengthening teachers' profiles. Some of the main activities regarding the courses have already been done.
