According to statistics made by NEETs and Eurostat, in 28 of European countries there is 7,5 millions of unemployment young people between 15-24 year old. Using ERASMUS + program we would like carry on this topic and help young people with fewer opportunities to kindle on job market and help them to become entrepreneurs. IMPROaction TC is a training course which aim is to increase entrepreneurship between young people with improvisations techniques. During IMPROaction participants will have a chance to collect new technical and practice knowledge about entrepreneurship and they will learn how to improve their entrepreneurship with improvisations techniques, although they will learn how to think out of the box and how to solve the problems with reengineering methods which are giving the most expected solutions.30 youth workers with fewer opportunities will gather together in Berlin between 15-23.04.2016. Participants will come from 6 different countries (3 participants from each of country), Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Turkey, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia, Croatia. For 9 days they will learn and practice with non-formal education the most important issues about Entrepreneurship and improvisations techniques connected with creative thinking and solving problems activities. Participants will work in small and big groups, making discussions, presentations and panels about the topics, they will share their experience and practices from different countries. TC is a training course which aim is to increase entrepreneurship between young people with improvisations techniques.
