The project "Import-exSport!" aims to reach active participation and inter-cultural dialogue using the sport as a learning tool. The initiative will take place in Câmara de Lobos, in the perfect Island of Madeira, Portugal and it will involve for 8 days about thirty youngsters from Portugal, Romania, Poland, Lithuania and Croatia . The activities foreseen are planned to be energeizers, ice-breakers, role-plays and workshops, exercise and group building activities inter-cultural events, sport games to stimulate team-building and team-work, local visits, evaluation sessions and a lot of outdoor activities (hiking, trekking, sport activities). The methods will be based on Non Formal Education. Besides all the methodologies, there will be included exercises of theatrical background, that will allow the young people to develop skills, attitudes and competences necessaries for increasing self-esteem, their active participation and the sense of belonging to a multicultural society. The organizers will provide the opportunity of improving creativity and sense of entrepreneurship through practical activities (interactive games, workshops, sports activities) in which the young participants are foreseen to have an active role. We aim that they will be the main protagonists of their own learning experience. We aim to tackle the active participation of local and international young volunteers in future programs that will help out people with fewer possibilities to solve the social, educational and economical issues they face, utilizing outdoor and sport activities as main tool. In the exchanges agenda, we inserted sessions that guide the participants to develop sport and non formal activities. This activities have the advantage of applying for all cultures and social status and will lead to youth programs in all the partner countries, thus breaking common and specific barriers.
