Our school with pupils aged almost between 10 and 17 years old will prepare them to the demands of the national and european labour market.. That is why the teachers' intercultural and project management skills have be significantly improved. So intercultural skills and a multidisciplinary competence must become an esssential part of our school.The participating teachers are members of the headmaster staff and and on their owns initiative developing the schools process. They have sufficient language skills, they are willing to attend training courses abroad , they are willing to spread the European idea to colleagues and students and also to integrate the European idea in teaching.The basic measure is the participation in intercultural project management training course.Project implementation:Starting point is the training course. Intercultural competence shall be implemented in lessons , partnership with european schools shall be organised and permanent implemented.Description of the expected results, effects and potential long-term benefits:We hope and expect the training will eanble teachers to inspire our teaching staff even more for european projects. The project work shall expand the students' intercultural, language and social skills. By expanding these skills our students will be better prepared in the future for the demands of the national and European labour market.
