IMAGINA – Alcobendas youth, childhood and adolescence Institution promotes and organizes training and information activities for young people aged from 14 to 30 years and for children and teenagers aged from 4 to 15 years all over the municipality. As a part of our policy of opportunities and access to international programs in Europe, we are hosting European volunteers since more than 10 years ago, framed on the previous “Youth for Europe" and " Youth in Action" programs , supporting our work involved for both sides as work and personal enrichment. We started working with the new Erasmus + program, last year, and now we want to continue proposing to host 6 European / volunteers for a 9-month period from November 2015 to the end of July 2016, and a short term EVS june and july 2015 The volunteers that we are going to host are from the following participating in the Programme countries and they will carry out their work in the major projects of IMAGINA ( ¨Ciber¨, European Mobility Program, Consulting Childhood, Training School and ¨Imagina Tu Noche¨ ) also, they are going to collaborate in other institutions related to us ,like the Refugee Reception Centre of Alcobendas or handball club .Due to this, we have the possibility to inform directly the associations, the groups and individual young people and give them a vivid example of the virtues that encloses a training and life experience outside the country of origin. The volunteers will be integrated day by day into the life of IMAGINA to assist in the promotion, dissemination and organization of activities designed especially for the youth and children of the municipality. Throughout the project cycle will focus on learning processes based on participatory and non-formal education methodologies, for which we have the support of professionals in the field and previous experience of revitalization of these projects.
