"Providing First Aid and Rescue Trainer and Corporate Development" project with adult education staff, the development of qualifications give first aid and search and rescue training and the provision of development opportunities abroad; nation through cross-border cooperation "emergency medical services, first aid and rescue" training on quality, ensuring the improvement, development of new processes and methods and promoting the internationalization of the site; modernization of our institution and to make the changes brought about by the international initiative aims to ensure the increase of capacity. In this context, first aid and search and rescue operations in the field of education in our institution, adult educators, participate in the 5-day training program for professional development in Italy and in Germany and in these countries, emergency medical services and search and rescue training will coordinate with relevant partners, are expected to do the job training and monitoring will continue for 4 days. Thus, between countries, "emergency medical services, first aid and rescue training" in the practices, policies and more thorough understanding of the system on will be available, relevant, increase our organizational capacity at EU level up and with the development of internationalization strategy, enhanced co-operation with partners in other countries will be provided. The overall objective of our project, our institution, "emergency medical services, first aid and search and rescue" on how to produce high quality learning outcomes for our adult educators serving,developing adult education techniques to enhance the learning dimension; our organization and to strengthen the capacity of relevant international scope, thus, our region, our projects in areas relevant to the topic qualified personnel to meet the needs and the public to create more employment. Participation in mobility activities under the Project, in the 2 groups (20 + 20 persons) and is designated as 9 days.These activities, the Directorate of our "emergency medical services, first aid and search and rescue" will be provided by the adult educators in attendance.Under the project, from different countries and experience gained from different cultures, information and documents that, as a result of the Ministry of Health and shared with the provinces in the area we were in coordination with all agencies and organizations that provide education on similar topics will be affected in a positive way, a role model on the matter served by being, will be encouraged.With the internationalization of education programs in our province for the project, our region, our country will increase research activities in general and in the international arena and training will be prevented in the shallows and poverty. thus be granted access to new thinking and questioning size.
