European advanced arc welding techniques are the Project which is prepared fort he Metal Work Technology teachers. There are sub categories in the Metal Work technology department such as; welding, tempering, steel applications and iron Works. Welding applications are in the welding sub cayegory anda re related to (plane, sheep, automotive, industrial machines, steel applications…), so welding gains importance becaıse of the direct relationship with the welding. Thus, we want to increase our welding knowledge and experiences based on welding Technologies as welding technology teachers with the Erasmus+ programme.. The teacher is the person who directs and leads the learners life style and their learning period in teaching applications. The teacher is the person who prograames the learners learning period. It must be accepted that the teachers require good characters, right life style, culture, ability and quality. First of all, a teacher must know himself, and needs to know his/her disadvantages, reuire to improve his/her disadvantages. The teacher must develop himself with the technology what his/her profession requires. Within this perspective, as vocational high school teachers and the school staff, we have a chance to transfer knowledge from European countries into our country as well as; we have a chance to improve our knowledge and experinces. By the way; within this Project we will serve to European developmental vocational education and increase the competition in vocational training and labour market, as well as; we servet o supply information to European development of vocational training. Mobility projects where the host partner in Portugal 16 January 2015 with 16 participants is planned as two weeks.
