The project Pi.Lo.Ti wants to make demand and supply meet in different labour segments in the cross-border area of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Varese, Chiasso. This will be achieved through the integration of operational figures of excellence, the diffusion of knowledge in labour market regulation and the promotion of market joint actions. The project can be divided into three main activities:1. identifying problems and complementarities, key players and areas of excellence where cooperation and integration can bring to results that have a multiplier effect;2. simplifying various aspects such as access to information, standards compliance, entry to the labour market. This shall be done through information offices (both physical and virtual) and training;3. connecting the various stakeholders through an operational network and an association that involve firms, employees and other independent workers and professionals present in the two cross border areas.
