Title: New is coming! Context: There is a need to raise the level of quality of school work, the school intends to take an active part in international projects. Goals: improving language and professional skills of participants of the project, the project participants’ personal development, exchange of teaching and intercultural experience, making new international contacts. Participants of the project: the school headmistrees/PE teacher, Maths teacher, English teacher, Geography/German teacher, marketing manager. Action: 2 language courses, 3 methodological - didactic courses. Methodology: project work method, observation, discussion, lecture, "hands-on" workshop, including brainstorming, analysis, problem solving and role-playing, discussions in pairs and groups. Results and impact: all the participants will: improve their knowledge of foreign languages: English or German, acquire new professional knowledge in the field of methodology and teaching of foreign languages, gain new skills in the use of digital techniques, have a sense of personal fulfillment and development, improve their social competencies: personal, interpersonal and intercultural and the European dimension of school will strengthen. Long-term benefits: a better educated teaching staff, better work effects, better students’ performance, more attractive educational school offer, more teachers using educational offer of the EU, participation in new international projects.
