Date du début: 1 août 2016, Date de fin: 31 juil. 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

M.I.E.E.K. is aiming in developing its staff expertise through continuous trainings, by implementing European funded projects, as well as its international network. We are seeking in ICTS since we believe that ICTs are a potentially powerful tool for extending educational opportunities and help prepare the learners for the European workplace. One of the most commonly cited reasons we wish to be using ICTs in the classroom is to better prepare the current generation of students for a workplace where ICTs, particularly computers, the Internet and related technologies, are becoming more and more ubiquitous. Technological literacy, or the ability to use ICTs effectively and efficiently, is thus seen as representing a competitive edge in an increasingly international job market. Most of our teachers are little familiar with ICT and only a few use it – and still to a limited extent – to work with students during lessons, and even less frequently to communicate with students and collegues’ or to work between school and home in new ways.Teacher participation in ICT training for teaching and learning has never taken place before and this is what will be organized by the training participants for the school's but mostly for its students' benefit. Through this training we believe to create a more positive about ICT’s impact on students’ learning, and organize more frequent ICT based activities than previously. Our objectives are:- To have staff who are skilled to use ICT- Developing an ICT infrastructure- Improve teaching & learning- Help students develop confidence and skills to safely utilise appropriate ICT- Support learning in and out of school- Offer a range of choice and access- Opportunity for disadvantaged- Flexible working- Manage data and improve efficiency- Provide infrastructure, tools and services to enable the efficient use of ICT within all Campuses of M.I.E.E.K.Moreover an important objective of the project, is the internationalization of the school practices as well as the development of a European network, for future cooperation.
