The proposed Project “Web Technologies in Adult Education” addressed to 14 participants, workers and collaborators (exterior,instructors) of KEK EREVNA. Institute of Reception was Alfatraining in Germany. The activity of mobility materialized in two (2) weeks, from 08-05-2016 until 21-05-2016. During this period of globalization and internationalization of economic activities, due to the rapid changes and developments, all companies, regardless of size, industry, origin, institutional or capital composition and management structure, faced internationalization, reorganization and management issues in order to adapt in the global business environment. The main aim of the proposed project is the aid of executives, workers and collaborators of KEK EREVNA on Web Technologies issues in order to systematically incorporate web-based methodologies in education and training activities, as well as the exploitation of modern Information and Communication Technologies. The main objectives of the proposed project are: - To acquire knowledge and experience in designing and implementing education and high-level training programs, incorporating the Web technologies during the educational process and ensure effective connection to labor market requirements. - To learn and gain experience in the integration of Web tools in education and training, such as virtual classrooms, chat rooms and discussion spaces (forums), the sharing of material services (eg youtube), the social networks (facebook, myspace), collaborative tools (blogs, wikis, folksonomies), etc. - To be able to provide consulting services to organizations and businesses in the private, public and semi-public sector in designing and implementing education programs with the incorporation of web-based technologies. - To change conceptions of teaching practice. - To cultivate skills and positive attitudes, regarding the adoption of new teaching practices in order to successfully integrate Web tools in the learning process. - To understand the theoretical approaches of utilizing ICT pedagogy to enable: a) their contribution assessment in the learning process, b) the development, interpretation and evaluation of educational applications of ICT, c) development of pedagogical skills as well as use and integration of educational software in the education program, d) the acquisition of knowledge and skills to monitor the educational technology sector developments. The results of the proposed project were: 1. Modernization of the executive staff. 2. Incorporation of new training methodologies, exploiting Technologies Web, which is expected to become corporate development tool in vocational education and training. 3. Improvement of KEK's ability to collaborate in national and international level, in order to meliorate its educational and training services with the exploitation of web-based technologies. 4. Acquisition of new knowledge and expertise in the use of ICT Technologies in learning activities. 5. Incorporation of best practices from European organizations in the field of adult education and training. 6. Communication and cooperation with organizations with particular expertise in education and training. 7. The expansion of the "KEK" activities by providing advanced education and training services to European citizens, using web-based techniques and modern training methodologies. 8. Creation of an attractive education and training environment with the exploitation of web-based technologies and methodologies.
