Our project aims to train 15 of Silversmiths Thessaloniki trainers training club, in Milano and Valenza , Italy , on issues relating to: a) The technical and organization of jewelery production (design , gluing , finishing, packaging , presentation , reduced production costs) b ) training in principles of digital jewelry sales Marketing ( successful - unsuccessful examples of sales in overseas markets ) c ) The training - guidance for the construction of an attractive and effective selling jewelry website ( to " pull " the consumer to easily surf , show easily and quickly from Google's search and not have a lot of clicks ) , oriented to foreign markets and customized both advantageous features of Greek jewelry , and the requirements of diverse global consumers . - Our project developed within the framework of Erasmus +, KA1 Learning Mobility of Individuals - The 15 participants , are training teachers of Silversmiths Association of Thessaloniki , they are members of the Association and taftochronaepangelmaties silversmith . They know very well the art of the trainer and the silversmith , Proficient in English , is most of young age and almost all have very good relationship with the new information technologies and the Internet . - Their training program lasts one week - The first two days will be consumed in jewelry laboratories of Milano and Valenza, their training system will be the Job shadowing, and it will cover technical issues and organization of jewelery production . - The next two days will be consumed on premises of training in Digital Marketing company , with the method of the seminars. Participants will also visit jewelery exhibition and shops selling jewelry . - The last day of training will be spent in classroom training of web design company with an orientation to selling jewelery abroad . The training method will be the seminar . - Monitoring and mentoring of trainees will be realized by the host organization in collaboration with the Sending organization. - The evaluation of the training will be made from our side ( S.CH.A.TH ), by compiling the everyday personal trainee's report and completing questionnaires in respect of any special training day - The expected results are: knowledge, experience and skills related to the manifuctioring technique and organization of jewelery production in Italy , and knowledge , advice and guidance for the development of digital jewelry sales in foreign markets through the construction of specific ( s ) site ( s ) for sale - The results, through a training program , will be transfered by the trainers-participants in the training program to all members of S.CH.A.TH. and through the dissemination plan to all target groups - This will result ( this is the main target ) the quality improvement and competitiveness of Greek jewelry and extroversion of Greek Gold-Silver smithing , that through the development of digital jewelry selling abroad , will be able to emerge from the current economic crisis
