In the information society and knowledge digital devices and especially the cultural internet technology are technological innovations with enormous social, cultural, political, educational and economic impact.Distance education because of the interactive dynamics can contribute effectively to a new qualitative approach system to the training of teachers. Moreover today the educational unit - according to the national and European requirements - is becoming stronger role in dealing with pedagogical and educational requirements and services.This kind of training would be a useful tool for teachers with which, they can enrich their knowledge and enhance their teaching and learning abilities and skills. Through this procedure, teachers would acquire as much experience as possible on teaching areas and educational research. The effectiveness of distance education would be an innovative solution that would bridge the gap between the supply and demand of quality training. The long distance education methodology contributes effectively on the training procedure because of its interactive potentiality. Furthermore, teachers will be introduced in a different educational environment of alternative processes of assessment and teaching, such as access to databases and multimedia databases, participation in thematic discussion groups, access and retrieve teaching materials which belong to some of the areas of learning offered by the Bilbao (Spain) and the intermediate host EDUCATION & MOBILITY is a company, located in Bilbao, but its professionals have a wide range of experience in organizing placements in internship companies for European people, including setting up Spanish courses and facilitating tourist information as and when appropriate. Their aim is to develop and improve mobility programmes by promoting them throughout Europe, always increasing their quality and variety. They will support our training programme and will bring us in touch with all the necessary educational institutes and universities which would help us understand how the long distance learning could be a useful training and educational tool. This goal, however, should find fertile ground in a well-trained and qualified teacher community, which ultimately constitute the real target group of this programme.
