The project is devoted to the topic of youth unemployment. There are participated 3 youth organizations that are dedicated to this topic long time. The project aims through training contribute to the development of competences of youth workers, who work with this target group. Escorting of young at the time of entry into the labor market and of unemployment is one of the key solutions to their situation. The training is based on three meetings (modules), each will be held in the country of a particular organization. Part of the modules is also an excursion selected examples of good practice in different countries. Thus, participants gain a broader view of the issue of dealing with youth and their entry into the labor market. The output of the brochure with description of these initiatives and the description of the module such training. Focus module assumes what the individual organizations pursue - career counseling, personal career management (competence development), employment or business? Training will be lead by experienced professional instructors who are dedicated to given topics. Each organization shall establish a four-member team, in which 3 are youth workers and one representative of the young.
