We want this project because by offering overseas practice at our school will do the program areas more attractive for young people to seek education . Based on the numbers and Stats we see challenges in terms of dropout in upper secondary education. Storhamar Secondary School . has had a long relationship with this school , and we want to develop cooperation on the basis of criteria of Erasmus + . Our partner is the link between the various companies that we send our students . We are totally dependent on our partner to get a good study abroad for our students and current teachers the two weeks we are there. Thus, our partner chosen on the basis of ability to find work places that lend themselves to our program areas and purposes. This year send school pupils who will have practice in restaurant and food processing , and children and youth . We want the spring of 2015 also offering study abroad programs in the areas of health care worker , care and sports . Regarding students ' work in each company will be linked to students' specific program , and the individual company characteristics. We envisage that 15 students and 4 teachers will participate in this project. Method is preparation work for both students and teachers throughout the school year . The stay abroad , and after working at homecoming . The project will require the administrative duties of the parties involved. The project is rooted in school management through close dialogue and regular meetings . Students set up their own goals academically, culturally and socially. The student will have the opportunity to develop both as professionals and purely personal , by meeting challenges and gain insight into a different culture. This applies both to meet people , systems , procedures , and have the opportunity to experience the place of work and leisure. In the long term , we want that the project can help reduce dropout in our high school.
