Nowadays, professionally well-prepared, qualified labour can expect favourablepositions in negotiations on the internationalized labour market. Professionalqualification presumes versatile knowledge consisting of innumerablecomponents these days, which is increasingly demanded to be acquired. As a resultof the project, a complex electronic career centre was established through thecollaboration of the universities and municipalities involved in the project, operatingas an electronic marketplace and transmitting students to vocational practice locations,to final employment, and professors to act as experts. Enterprises can employ staff withthe competencies required for their R&D activities by using this solution.
