The Training Course “Human Rights Re-Action” aims to develop the capacity of 24 youth workers in the area of Human Rights by focusing on knowledge, skills and attitude, with a strong multiplying effect by developing the skills of a HR Educator. The project will strengthen the ability to React on HR violation situations and Act in terms of understanding, promoting and protecting the rights. The agenda is design for 5 days including informative, practical and experimental sessions with a strong focus on European realities. The project will serve a platform for sharing the experience and best practices in the HR domain. In frame of the project, participants will have the opportunity to explore and to develop their training competencies and put them into practice by creating sessions and projects within the Youth in Action Programme. The main topics to be addressed are going to be: Human Rights Education, Facilitating and Training competencies and Youth in Action Programme. The Training will run in Cosnita, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova having on board 24 participants as a result of a cooperation between 12 organizations coming from Moldova, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, UK, Turkey, Latvia Italy, Spain.
