How to organize the stages of the projects?

The project “How to organize the stages of the projects?” is under the frame of Key Action 1 “Mobility of learners and staff”, Action type “Youth mobility”, and involved 7 countries: Romania, Armenia, Jordan, Georgia, Italy, Malta and Turkey. The projects consists in two main activities, one training course and one seminar in two of the partner countries: Craiova, Romania for the training course and Mardin, Turcia for the seminar. Each partner will select 4 participants for the training course and 2 from those 4 will be selected to attend the seminar in Mardin. We consider that this project represents a learning opportunity for the participants, since it consists in a learning process structured for 6 months, that implies the use of the competences gain in an organized environment offered by the project that allows also the underlining of the positive aspects and the ones that need to be improved, so the appliance of competences will be continued after the project ending. We have chosen the expression “learning program” since it offers a continuity of the learning process that implies the application and evaluation of the learning outcomes in an organized and safe environment inside the same group, offering participants the chance to give and receive feed-back, well needed in order to improve the personal display. The profile of the participant: young youth worker, aged 23-30, English speaker 0 medium level, with a motivation in active participation linked with the ongoing work field or with their appliance in the future in specific activities or youth work. Project objectives: Participants awareness about the IT&C organizational steps of a project Participabts learning of new IT&C methods of work in the field of youth project implementation Activities and methodology: The activities of the project will follow the general tasks frame line, being divided in: training course, on-line trainings - webbinars, seminar. A 1 – Training course Venue: Craiova, Romania Dates : 20.08.2014 – 25.08.2014 Methods used: specific methods for each session of the training course in order to achieve the objectives. A 2 – On-line training courses Venue: on-line platform. Dates: this activity will be developed along 2 moths, 3 days by each participants. Methods used: Through this period the participants will create their own project that will involved at least 10 youngsters and will need for the organization and implementation the competences gained previously in A1. The entire methodology is based in non-formal methods, with additional n-line technic for on-line sessions through the platform Big Blue Buton. The partners have elected this software due to previous experience, being teste in other projects, platform that is offering the tools and environment need it for this activity. A3- Seminar Venue: Mardin, Turkey. The location was selected after the consulting with all partners and due to the experience of the Turkich partner in the frame of the former program, that will ensure the quality of the project and the involvement of local resourceful staff. Dates: 20.11.2014 - 23.11.2014 Methods used: this seminar has the role of offering a sharing space, of debating and discussion, but also of generalization of other competences used through the identification alongside an IT specialist of other methods and on-line instruments for on-line training courses. Results and impact: The results of the project and the foreseen impact will underline the way in which the set of competences will be acquired by the participants and will ensure the continuity of this project. - The participants - as beneficiaries of a learning process will continue the activities in the future in the frame of on-line courses. - the 280 youngsters -as the on-line course beneficiaries - will experiment a new way of learning that will stimulate their future participation in similar projects - the promoters - the efficient management of the project grant and the commitment regarding the project responsibilities in the frame of the new program - the members of the local host community - awareness about the importance of the new learning technologies - the materials of the project - that can be visualized by the persons interested to understand this new concepts This project, through the lense of the activities and methods of implementation, represent a coherent learning process into a flourishing environment that will allow the participants to orientate towards future opportunities of on-line training.
