How to administrate European Grants more effectively

Youth Business Network , an informal Group based in Greece is organizing training course ,called ‘’How to administrate European Funds more effectively ‘’ under Erasmus Plus programme .Our partners organizations coming from Malta,Czech Republic ,Italia ,Romania ,Turkey and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia . At total we will welcome 22 participants who are willing to apply for a European grant the next 5 years either for their Ngo or their social enterprise .Who should attend?Our training course is ideal for all projects leaders from public, private and non-profit sector. The participation does not require any specific skills. It is addressed to everyone who is aimed at being actively involved in the development and implementation of new European projects.Why this training?EU funds are used for direct access by a small circle of practitioners, though these grants are a real opportunity for the financing of all projects with a European dimension. Mastering Eu funding techniques ensures a valuable skill for your career and are essential for the development of your organization leverage. You want to build European wide projects in areas such as environment, culture, media, health, energy, transports, technologies, education, training, citizenship, justice, etc?You want to find a European partner for your project? Get successfully prepared to the new European funding programmes of the 2014-2020 programming. Ybn’s training sessions on European subsidies can give you all the keys and tools you need to elaborate your project and to submit successfully your application to the European Commission.EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVESDeepen your knowledge on:- The new architecture of the 2014-2020 funding programmes,- The operating system and rules for participation in the programmesA practical methodology on:- The project conception according to the expectations of the managing authorities and the key instruments,- The setting-up and formalisation of a partnership,- The setting-up of an estimated eligible budget,- The formalisation of the grant application,- The method and criteria of the selectionprocess.Our lecturers and workshop leaders are flesh-and-bone project managers and coordinators, whose day-to-day work is to make sure that their multiple projects are implemented according to EC Grant Agreement, problems are promptly tackled, and project partners adequately assisted in legal, technical and financial management issues.Experience Ybn’sfamous "learning-by-doing" approach – presentations in the morning, then practice your newly-gained knowledge during the workshops specifically designed for the particular topics: What, when and where?
