The mobility project «Host the World 2” of Romsdal Upper Secondary School, comprises 4 different subprojects. They are divided into 2 projects for the education programme Service and Transport and 2 projects for Design and Crafts.All the projects wish to give the students positive work experiences in new environments, in different languages and with other people. It is our hope that experiencing their profession in an international context will reinforce the student’s work identity.We want to develop our relation and integration with collaborators. In the case of Hecansa in Spain, we experience that this kind of proximity and long-term relation give mutuality, new areas of cooperation and fresh methods.When it comes to our new British collaborators, we want to use the situated learning environment and its key staff for professional refill and inspiration for a bigger group of teachers.It is important for Romsdal Upper Secondary School to carry out this project high quality. Moreover we want to do it openly and documentable to continue strengthen the international aspect within several of our education programmes.
