The project, which was launched in 2013, was consolidated over the years. The success of mobility to learners is confirmed year after year. The main objective is to offer continuous and structurally this device while strengthening the quality of mobility offered to our training courses.The project HORECVET 2017 is larger ans concerns a largest number of qualifications. 24 grants are asking. The main objective of HORECVET project is to provide learners entrepreneur training IFAPME (EQF 5), adult learners (students, workers and unemployed) to follow all or part of their practical in-company training in a context providing some added value in their learning, through a cross-border mobility of 4, 8 ou13 weeks.This is a project IFAPME Network, open to all IFAPME training centers.The mobility targets vocational training of the Food and HORECA sector, the in international trade counselor training and embalmer training. It concerns the obligation of internship of 664 hours required for graduation Entrepreneur. It uses the learning outcomes described in the IFAPME training reference.The project proposes to learners to perform all or part of their compulsory internship with a company supervisory monitoring the same than in Belgium and with assessed learning outcomes covered as described in the units and grilles assessments to allow IFAPME validate and certify.The period of 4 weeks is warranted in order to enable more learners mobility experience.A 8-week scheduled at the request of learners and businesses. It helps to consolidate the acquired skills and respect the seasonality associated with some professions.The 13-week course is justified by the requirements of certification. So this is the structural definition of mobility within the design of the certification, on the ECVET principles, reproductible up major change in the training manual.Documents learning agreements related to each unit are the same and must be followed by all students of the same training.The expected value for the learners concerned, in addition to international mobility experience, learning management skills and / or specific skills, promoting employability and / or creation of an independent activity.The mobility concerns essentially an enterprise internship with an evaluation and a certification based on the European instruments ECVET and the certificate Europass Mobility : a pedagogical contract is signed; for each profession, some learning outcomes unities are defined by the IFAPME pedagogical counselor, the enterprise must follow and fulfill the learning outcomes evaluation documents.. After the mobility experience, the IFAPME validate the new learning outcomes which will be integrated in the pedagogical dossier and recognized in the Belgian certificate of the learners. The project respected the general principals of a project management and included at the beginning a phase of promotion and at the end a phase of evaluation and dissemination.The expected value for the learners concerned, in addition to a personal international experience about the sector HORECA / Tourism, learning management skills and / or techniques, local specialties promoting employability and / or creation of an independent activity, one of the IFAPME entrepreneurial training purposes.Mobility will be organized during the high season (July-October) period appropriate for both contingencies and the relevance of learning.Mobility project actively contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the IFAPME and learners. This is to provide quality training, enabling rapid integration into the labor market by matching them with the skills needed by the labor market. He participated in the dynamics of an industry and its attractiveness.This project contributes to the dynamics of the dual training system within the IFAPME network. It comes in direct support of the training course and the professional project of learners. They acquire special technical skills and language skills. Social skills are boosted as confidence, maturity, independence, resourceful, are also a significant result of the project. Companies willing to participate in the project because they recognize the value of this type of experience.
