Hobby+Creativity=Succesful Business

20 young people from Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey will meet in Vilnius district in July 2015. The aim of the project - to discuss their views on the connection between creativity and entrepreneurship through the prism of creative business. Young people will argue out issues such as an impact of hobby and artistic traditions upon personal development and future career, problems of motivation and self-motivation adjusted on the problem and will share their experiences about the creative thinking and its impact on entrepreneurship. The program involves 4 young people from 18 to 25 years from each partner country and 1 youth leader. Each country delegates two young people who don‘t have any experience of business but in the future see themselves as a creators or artist or entrepreneurs in the field of creative business. The other two young people already have some experience in this field. Therefore, the exchange of views and experience will be intensive and comprehensive. In addition to non-formal education methods such as games, discussions, creative laboratories simulation games, arts and crafts workshops and public available virtual evaluation tools will be used. Partners are working together in a virtual space to improve common strategies. Cooperation between the project partners is the first step in promoting the project. Participation in the project and deep interest in to the process will help participants and other interested young people to have fresh look on creativity, to enhance self-confidence and self-esteem due the ingenuity and creativity. Participants of the project will reveal in themselves undiscovered creative potential, will dare to treat themselves as a creative person and will involve themselves more actively in to the lives of their local communities. Participants of the project will find personal approach to entrepreneurship and his/her own place in this field through a variety of creative businesses and entrepreneurship models. The final result of this program is participants' self-determination to engage or not engage in the creative business. Personal choice, personal responsibility, personal initiative in creating own place of work will bring benefits to the participants and the surrounding society. In the long term perspective we see raising active young people, acting in motivated and deliberate ways, as an European youth unemployment problem solving key.
