National Defence University Carol I is developing mobilities starting with 2014. We have a total of 4 cooperation inter-institutional agreements, to which we added this year an agreement with Belgian Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut-HELHa. Among the various objectives of the project were the following: For students: - Deepening an international language; -Development of skills to adapt to a multicultural environment; - Gaining new knowledge useful for improving personal skills; - Diversification of learning environment and the opportunity in to reporting to an entirely different system, which will allow a better adaptation to new situations. For staff: - Exchange of professional experience, improve the quality of teaching and promoting military Romanian education on partner universities; -Consultation and exchange of views on the new methods and techniques of instruction/examination; -Debates on account lessons learned to apply them courses taught. These objectives were achieved at a rate of 100% given the results at OLS tests, number of ECTS gathered and also the materials created also by teachers and staff mobility training participant. National Defence University "Carol I" have conducted in the academic year 2015-2016 a number of two mobilities, one staff mobility and one student mobility.
