The main goal of the student mobilites programme is to improve their English skills, to get new experience as far as their study in the host institution/University is concerned. The personal growth is the priority. The goal of SMS is an extension of practical aspects, getting the proficiency and experience in the field of study. SMS activity is the part of concrete study plans in study programmes taken as prolonged practice. The most important thing is students improve their language skills almost immediately,becuase they have the opportunity to get the introduction of a different style of teaching methods and a different behaviour to the students depending on the country they go into. They have to be independent all day long. They have to be able to work with the literature, or materials in the foreign language and also they have to be able to use modern technologies which sometimes are different on each type of school. When coming back they are able to implicate these to their study at their alma mater. The absolvents are willing to cooperate with the university with thinking about new methods, with preparing a new programmes etc. The great point about this activitity also is students have an active student life, they are used to improve their personal skills as far as their career is concerned. This activity should be done also because of sharing the „know - how“ in different cultures, preparing the other plans together between institutions etc. The other very important point which has to be emphasized is these activities are very self-improving for the teachers, who could use their language ability in the international environment to as many opportunities as they wish (meeting new colleagues, discussions about some teaching methods and topics etc.). The aim of the training project STT leads to professional development, to gain new experiences and skills of school staff, contribute to personal and career development of the participants. The activity reinforces cooperation between the two istitutions, preparing the space and allow time to prepare for further cooperation, expansion of activities, the exchange of professional experience and know-how of both institutions.
