During the academic year 2015-2016 we pursued international relations office reorganization (at school level and at the Group of higher education level our school belongs to), their services and activities related to Erasmus programme. Considering a wide choice of international programs within the group, International Relations Direction opted for mobility flow and partners network management by study level (graduate and undergraduate). This decision made possible: - to build an adequate and coherent academic mobility (incoming and outgoing) - to work with partners in a different way by identifying strategic partners for each programmes and by developing new forms of further collaboration. INSEEC Bachelor Program joined Undergraduate Programmes Network. Working within a larger network allowed us to establish new institutional partnerships. We kept in mind the achievement of the objectives fixed last year. We made further successful steps in: - making more sensitive mobility participants (especially student mobility); the staff from various services - international relations, company relations, study department, accountancy, direction); - keeping in mind the qualitative approach in the development of internal procedures related to Erasmus programme; - maintaining mobility numbers (in comparison with the results achieved from over past years) - initiating and deepening forms of collaboration with the partners in accordance with the objectives of the international strategy declared in the Erasmus Charter The INSEEC Bachelor students do not have compulsory mobility abroad periods (study or work placement) in their regular curriculum. Nevertheless these remain strongly recommended and encouraged as they enable students with an international exposure - a distinguished element throughout of their future career. Considering this objective, we were able to mainly realize, within Erasmus programme 2015, student mobility activities (essentially study mobility). Their results align with those achieved over last Erasmus project 2014. The student satisfaction rate is rather strong. Internship mobility number is slightly reduced compared with the objectives initially announced in the intermediate Erasmus report. We also have to notice a decrease of incoming student mobility (from and outside EU countries) due to the socio-political events happened in France while 2015-2016 year (France has lost its a "attractive and safe country" image). The student mobility participant profile remains pretty the same (somebody looking for enhancing his/her academic and professional experience while abroad) but with the tendency to have a far-away expatriation. Finally, we were not unfortunately able to realize staff mobility activities under this project despite the actions we carried out.
