We are a Public Vocational Institution of the Hospitality and Tourism sector that offers studies such as: Kitchen management,Catering services management and Tourist Guide. We are located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, in Cartagena city and our Institution has an experience with Erasmus PAP and Leonaro movilities of more than 12 years. Tourism and Gastronomy are an outstanding part of Murcia regional income . Our Erasmus + project seeks to meet the needs of our students achieving the following objectives: - to be an active part in the creation of the European society based on research, professional development and innovation through movilities for students and staff. - to use European funding sources to facilitate access to mobility experiences among young Europeans and also improve cooperation of the various social agents that are part of our production system finding other means of acquiring knowledge both in the field of education and in business. - to give support to our students being part of the labour market with more job opportunities by means of movilities. - to improve our students cultural and linguistic competences in foreign languages, and enrich their European curriculum which is a need for the development of their professional skills in the sector. - to contribute to a multicultural European society based on equal opportunities for everyone and avoiding any discrimination matters. We have done movilities for students placements = 5 , as followed : 1 Tour Guide in Austria, 2 Catering Services Management in England and Belgium respectively, 2 Kitchen Management in England and France and 1 staff movility in Italy . All the students movilities for training were done to obtain their High technician Diploma as the training period was part of the oficial curriculum. (FCTmodule). We have followed the procedure established in our ECHE according to the actions for the different steps of the project ; before, during and after the movilities. The results of the movilities were very positive as all the students got their Diploma and three of them as started working in Spain as soon as they arrived and presented their European Curriculum and the Europass suplement. The others decided to expand their studies on kitchen in our institution and they also have a part time job. Besides, with the staff movility we have luckily got new partners in Italy which had been a demanded destination by our students and teachers. We expect to send students and teachers to Italy soon. All these Erasmus + students have given their opinion about their training period abroad by means of the document RC.13.11 (ISO 9001-2008) given to their tutors . We inform about the results of the movilities in the final teachers meeting and the Social Council and publish on the web the movilities done.
