Our project has improved and consolidated professional and academic skills of the participants, who have understood the need for long life training and language learning, expanding their personal skills and improving their employment access, even on the destination country. All participants / students have performed activities related to the studies that were doing in our centre, as well as work experience, as well as studies and participants / staff in both modalities such as training and teaching. During the personal interview with the candidates, in the selection phase, we find interest in your professional sector and personal interests towards mobility and career objectives or training post-studies. The project has supported 35 open-minded students, who wanted to know and develop the concept of European citizen, through a stay in professional practices and studies, expanding and improving their language skills, which become citizens with professional and personal concerns, beyond its borders, 22 thanks to a study stay in Uk, Hu, Fin and Belgium and 13 practices in Uk, Mt and D All except one, they have made their stay as a student, so their stays have been recognized as part of their regular training, FCT or modules of each cycle. The objectives achieved by the participants / students have been: 1. To improve their professional skills 2. That their language level at the end of the stay reaches the B1-B2 level at least 3. To improve their personal and social skills through the experience of everyday situations. 4. To target your job search in the field of specialized manner. 6. To expand their future job applications towards deals with geographical mobility, languages, other destinations ... and further studies in other countries thanks to their language skills improved. The profile of the participants work experience belongs to Commercial and Marketing Management, Renewable energies, Web Application Development, Administration and Finance, Industrial Automation and robotics, Multi-platform application development, systems administration and networking and Prosthetic Audiology. The profile of students in academic comes from Hospitality Management, Realisation of audiovisual projects and Entertainment, Animation of physical and sports activities, Management cooking, Lighting, capture and image processing, production of shows and audiovisual. The objectives achieved by participants / staff were: Learning about other methodologies and educational realities Become ambassadors of Europe in the centre Share your experience with the rest of teachers Improving their language and personal skills Check that contents offered are at European level The teachers involved in these projects brings an European vision to the students of proactivity towards European mobility, because the figure of the teacher is very important at the stage of awareness and dissemination of these initiatives inside schools. The profiles of teachers who took part corresponds to the professional families: Sports and hospitality and tourism .Destinations were: Finland, Hungary and Italy.
