La Escuela de Arte 10 (Artediez) imparte Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior de cuatro especialidades del diseño. De tamaño mediano (unos 900 alumnos y 85 profesores), el alumnado es heterogéneo y las enseñanzas son muy especializadas y con alto grado de profesionalización. Desde 2008 Artediez participa activamente en el programa Erasmus y anteriores. Hasta 2011 fue centro especializado en el área del diseño gráfico y en 2014 Artediez es el resultado de la fusión de centros integrando enseñanzas de cuatro áreas del diseño. En este proceso de transformación y crecimiento la vocación internacional de la institución ha ido en aumento y se ha dirigido especialmente a la participación transnacional de estudiantes y personal docente. Un objetivo de 2014 es aumentar y diversificar los socios, para ampliar las áreas del diseño como el ámbito geográfico, renovando y firmando nuevos acuerdos. Otro de los objetivos es aumentar y mejorar la calidad de la movilidad de estudiantes para estudios e iniciar la movilidad de prácticas. Ambos objetivos se han alcanzado con 12 SMS y 3 SMT. El perfil académico de los estudiantes, corresponde al segundo año de estudios, o el año del proyecto final. Los estudiantes de otras instituciones tuvieron una presencia activa en la escuela, 8 SMS y 1 SMT. 3 solicitaron prolongar su estancia debido a su alto grado de satisfacción. En la movilidad de prácticas se orientó a áreas diversas como estampación textil, diseño gráfico o comunicación audiovisual. Con ella ompulsamos potencial laboral de los estudiantes. La movilidad del personal se ha realizado para docencia 2 STA y para prácticas 4 STT. El perfil medio es de docente senior, por lo que Artediez favorece la movilidad a los junior animando a su movilidad internacional. Los 3 STA y 5 STT que vinieron contaron con el apoyo de los departamentos y personal. En Artediez se vive de una forma cotidiana la presencia de estudiantes Erasmus+ en las aulas porque la interacción transnacional forma parte de los principios educativos con los que se construye la escuela. El impacto del programa Erasmsus+ en este año de integración con profesores y estudiantes de diversas áreas del diseño, ha sido muy destacado, así como la participación activa en otros proyectos internacionales (Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseño, embajada USA en Madrid. En 2014 hemos culminado la transformación de la institución al tiempo que se ha reforzado la base internacional sobre la que esperamos construir más y mejor en los próximos años. Artediez School offers advanced vocational training courses in the four fields of design. It has a medium size (around 900 students and 85 teachers). The student body is diverse and characterised by a high interest in the highly specialised teachings and its top professional level. Since 2008 Artediez participates actively in the Erasmus, and previously in other programmes. Until 2011 it was a school specialised in the field of graphic design, and in 2014 Artediez was the outcome of merging several schools, offering since then teachings on the four fields of design. In this transformation process and growth, its international vocation of the institution has been increasing and is particularly aimed at transnational participation of students and teachers. 2014 project objective is to increase and diversify the partner institutions, both expanding the areas of design and the geographical area of mobility, signing with old and new partners. Another objective is to increase and improve the quality of student mobility for studies and to initiate mobility for internship. Both objectives were achieved with 12 SMS and 3 SMT. The academic profile of students is on the second year of studies, or the year of the final project. Students from other institutions had an active presence at school, 8 SMS and 1 SMT, from which 3 requested to extend their stay due to their high degree of satisfaction. Student Mobility for Traineeship in areas such as textile printing, graphic design and audio-visual communication. We promote this kind of mobility to extend the working potential of students. Staff mobility has been 2 STA and 4 STT. The average profile is senior teacher, so Artediez promotes mobility for junior teachers encouraging their international mobility. Those incoming 3 STA and 5 STT had the involvement of the departments and management staff. At Artediez daily life occurs with the presence of Erasmus+ students in the classrooms because transnational interaction is part of the educational principles on which the school lies. The impact of the Erasmsus + program in this year of integration with teachers and students from different areas of design, has been very prominent, and active participation in other international projects (Iberoamerican Design Biennial, US Embassy). In 2014 we completed the transformation of the institution while it has strengthened the international basis upon which we hope to grow more and better in the coming years.
