Students traineeship Mobilities
Students from the Transport maintenance of vehicles Dep. carried out their training practices in two different locations: in Cheltenham and Hahn airports.
In regards to the IMPACT, the results have been highly satisfactory since nearly half of the students participating in the program have managed to get a job in the same company where where they did their traineeship, what is happening on a regular basis since we started our participation in European programmes.
This high percentage of satisfaction leads to a high demand for places among students of the same Department, reinforcing the concept of Europeanization of our Center and, at the same time, motivating the rest of companions in the participation of such programs.
With regard to professional training, we have established cooperative ties with institutions and companies of different countries visited in mobility, creating a wide range of possibilities for future mobility to be made by the Center, laying the groundwork for future cooperation in joint projects of international character.
In particular, partnerships with the companies have been created:
-Schneider Electric in Turin and Bergamo.
-Twin Training International in London
-RGV Aviation Ltd in Cheltenham
-Association Naturalestes of Mayotte.
All of these experiences have resulted in the European character of the Center; they have managed to increase the general interest of the vocational training staff..
The objective of the staff's training through their formative stays and the improvement of the linguistic competence of the participants was achieved.
The acquisition of knowledge and skills from the staff were included in the contents of the modules and has been taught to students during this year's first quarter, highlighting the iimpact that this has had for them in order to participate in different future European programmes.
