This consortium consist of Hacettepe University, Ba?kent University, Turgut Özal University, Turkish Physiotherapy Association, Occupational Therapy Association, Neurodevelopmental Therapists Associations , Child Development and Trainers Association, Cochlear Implant Association, HU Undergraduate and Graduate Alumni Association, Cleft Lip and Palate Association, Audiology, Speach and Voice Specialist Association are national partners. It aims international mobility of 50 students and 20 staff members to the companies in different countries in Europe from 2 months to 12 months. Each partner contribute every step of the project with shared responsibilities. The project duration was 16 months. H.U. which is an experienced in running international projects is the coordinator in the consortium. With the help of this consortium HEI and business world can cooperate together so that the bonds between them to be stronger. The participants of the consortium improve their professional employability and personal skills such as foreign language, inter communication, inter-cultural learning, self confidence. A large majority of graduate appear to be prepared to meet demands of employers. This consortium help to the participants to gain en experience and improve their employability skills preparing them for working life. With this consortium the cooperation between academic world and business professionals. This may result different cooperation and relations between professionals and academics at an European Level. During the project, evaluation held by the participants and partner institutions to reach and follow the quality management in the consortium. All partner institutions are sensitive about recognition of the mobilities of the participants.
