The participation of the IES Pare Vitoria in the Erasmus + Program in our Short Cycle Higher Technician in Analysis and Quality Control Laboratory is a continuous improvement in our educational project: - Improving the level of skills of our students to undertake part of their training program in another European country. - Improving the prestige of Higher Vocational Training in our environment and in our public education system of Valencia. - Improving access to the labor market of our students. - Strengthen relations between educational institutions in different countries. - Assumes prestige and recognition of vocational training and higher academic recognition. The objectives we want to achieve with the mobility of our students for practical training cycle of higher grade within the Erasmus + KA103 Project are: - The student can remain for a period of time in another country of the European Union, to improve and implement the appropriate language. - The student made an internship in a chemical company that can complement the skills acquired at school by understanding the actual production processes and gain job experience. - Assess the professional competence of the student in a real work situation to promote their employment. The project is organized according to the realization of own production activities of the professional profile, the general competition is "Organizing and supervising laboratory activity, develop and apply testing techniques and physical, chemical and microbiological analysis on raw materials, chemicals or food, focused on research, analysis and quality control and acting under rules of good laboratory practices and environmental security. " The most important feature of this training is to develop in a real production environment (the company), where students observe and perform the activities and the various jobs of a profession functions, and know the organization of production processes or services and labor relations. Students who have participated in the project enrolled in the second year of the Short Cyclel. Companies hosting the trainees are chemical companies, food, environment, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, paints, etc ... In this call 2014, we have only received a single mobility. The selected student has completed the internship at the University of Camerino, within the Department of Food Science Food Chemistry Researcher Scuola di Scienze del Farmaco e dei Prodotti della Salute. The student's tutor in the host institution was Dr. Gianni Sagratini. The student has completed the practical conducting a study of the effect of polyphenols in the color of the vegetables.
