The significance of the cultural contacts and the scientific achievements is certainly obvious in terms of the development of universities. Sharing knowledge about the administrative and academic fields is a key for globalization. Erasmus is one of the European Union programs, which aims to provide mobility of both students and academic staff with the help of common projects. To achieve these necessities we applied Erasmus KA103 project, Mobility for Higher Education Students and Staff. According to grant agreement between our national agency and our institution, we got 136450 Euro. We received the application from our university in 2013-2014 academic years to determine the participant who selected for the mobility in 2014-2015 Academic years. 68 participants were determined for the project. Participant number per activity types 46 for SMS, 10 for SMP, 8 for STA and 5 for STT. At the end of the project we reached our aim in every section. Longer-term benefits for students may be adopting themselves into an international working environment more easily and other long term benefits for staff may be to meet with academic researchers in their research area to cooperate with them in teaching and research fields.
