TOBB ETU External Relations Directorate (ERD) is responsible for managing all international cooperations of the university. This includes Erasmus Agreements and Erasmus Placement agreements. ERD is also responsible for coordinating all mobility programs; disseminates information packages, organizes information seminars about the exchange programs, gives advice to students, academic and other staff; manages the application processes, accommodation and all paperwork for all incoming and outgoing staff and students. ERD consists of a director, a staff and an intern. TOBB ETU also has an Erasmus University Coordinator (EUC) and coordinators in all departments. EUC is responsible for coordinating all Erasmus activities, department coordinators are responsible for the preparation and acceptance of student learning agreements, transfer of courses for students, hosting incoming academic staff, initiating new agreements.
