PROJET
TERMINÉ
Our HEI started implementing the Erasmus programme in 2007 and was awarded the ECHE in 2010. Since our start in 2007, we have acquired substantial knowledge and expertise, which enable us to manage a significant number of mobilities every year, always under strict quality criteria. The number of students applying to participate in the programme is increasing every year. In the current project we have successfully managed 17 student mobilities for traineeships abroad at a workplace; 10 of these mobilities have been financed with funds from the European Union, while 7 of the mobilities have been funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education. Although in the initial project our HEI was granted with funds for 9 student mobilities, we decided to grant one more student mobility with a part of the organisational support funds of the programme.
One of our guidelines has been to try to diversify the professional profiles and destinations offered for the student mobilities, with the following results:
-Krakow (Poland): 2 students of Higher Level Vocational Training on Socio Cultural and Tourist Animation.
-Berlin (Germany): 1 student of H.L.V.T on Pre-Primary Education, 2 students of Socio Cultural and Tourist Animation and 1 student of Social Integration.
-London (United Kingdom): 5 students of Pre-Primary Education.
-Florence (Italy): 1 student on Pre-Primary Education.
-Lisbon (Portugal): 1 student of Socio Cultural and Tourist Animation.
-Amsterdam (Netherlands): 4 students of Social Integration.
It should be mentioned that 3 of these students have carried out their mobilities as recent graduates, which is an interesting development in the present project.
Over the last two years, a major effort has been undertaken in the search and selection of companies from different sectors and countries. Thus, a lot of interesting contacts with institutions abroad have been made and subsequently a significant number of cooperation agreements have been established. As a result, we have been able to ensure the complete adjustment between the professional profiles of applying students and receiving institutions. One of the most successful results in this current project has been the signing of ten new agreements with institutions abroad.
Thus, we have been fortunate to consolidate a network of high-quality institutions with which we have excellent working relationships. In this regard, we have had rewarding experiences with hosting institutions which in turn led us to get in touch with new partners, thanks to support networks and experiences of good practice. This has allowed us to send students to new institutions with different professional profiles, and it has also enabled us to prepare training mobilities for members of the HEI staff.
For our part, different staff members at our HEI have carried out a staff mobility for training or teaching. Also, a number of staff members have taken part in organisational visits to potential partners. The destinations of the staff activities were Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland and Finland.
As stated in the principles of the ECHE and in our EPS, the equality of opportunities has been guaranteed at all times by carrying out a process of selection of participants and award of grants in a fair, transparent, consistent and documented way, as evidenced by the action protocols publicized on our website http://erasmustnt.blogspot.com.es/
We would also like to mention other additional results of our project, such as improving the language skills in all the participants, increasing the cultural and linguistic awareness, allowing a wider diversification of the professional approach of the participants, etc.
According to the policy line established in our corporate strategy, the focus has been on strict quality control procedures for both students and hosting institutions. In this regard, it should be noted the compliments we have so far always received from the collaborating institutions. And vice versa, the professional experience and the good reception at the hosting institutions have been positively assessed by our students. In this regard, we would like to mention that some of our students have been hired in their workplace after the completion of their mobilitites.
Once the mobilities are finished, we have always placed emphasis on the visibility and publicity of the results, by ensuring a significant impact of our European experience in our professional performance. Apart from carrying out regular dissemination and exploitation meetings, we have also created a Youtube channel where we have uploaded different videos with testimonies and summaries of our Erasmus + experiences.

Due to all these reasons, we are very pleased with the results accomplished through all these years of work, especially with our recent achievements in the two years that make up the current project 2014/2016
