Planned period of the mobility: from [18 March/2015] ….……. till [12 June/2015] ………… Number of working hours per week: 30 hours Traineeship title: Traineeship for Dolores Rentero Díaz in Kesington Hotel Detailed programme of the traineeship period. On the first day, the student will be given a guided tour of the hotel to gain a general perspective of the company and their role within it. They will rotate in different departments therefore developing different skills needed for each area. Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the trainee at the end of the traineeship. The student will be able to: - Attend to the needs of clients. - Understand the workings of a tourist business. - Speak English specifically in the area of tourism. - Work independently and also as part of a team. - Multitask. Monitoring plan. In the hotel the student will have a manager that will teach them the responsibilities that they need to fulfil. Also their professor in Spain will always be in contact with them by email or telephone to track their progress in the hotel. Evaluation plan. Once the student has finished the traineeship, the hotel and the professor in Spain will collaborate to discuss their if the student has successfully fulfilled their duties of the program and has a good evaluation. In addition, the company will give an official document saying whether the student has passed or not.
