The CIFP Carlos Oroza, is a facility that has long been sending students of the Hospitality and Tourism, to make their practices included in the curriculum of different training courses to different countries of the EC. The objectives achieved are several: Knowledge language, greater professionalism through performing tasks in different companies and international acquisition of knowledge on new techniques and use of new technology, search for new employment opportunities, dissemination of our center , .. The results we wanted to achieve with mobilities are: 1. To motivate and encourage the education community to improve their learning. 2. Acquire cultural training related to the professional family Hospitality and Turismo.3. Acquire additional training to help students in their insertion in the labor world. 4. Further improve the language skills of teachers and students. 5. Encourage staff and students a sense of personal and professional responsibility, respecting the rights of others and demonstrating a spirit of collaboration with peers. 6. Raise staff and students on the need to be continually learning, being open to new trends mercados.7. Promote the comprehensive development of staff and students. 8. Support collaboration between institutions of higher education and vocational training in order to promote joint study programs and mobility that can be made from several countries. 9. Improve the quality of mobility by promoting transparency, mutual recognition of diplomas, periods of practical training and transferability of credits corresponding. 10. Support collaboration between public and private organizations working in the field of higher education and vocational training in order to promote the exchange of experiences and support the mobility of professionals between countries. 11. To promote entrepreneurship education through business experiences of host partners. 12. To promote exchanges of educational resources between teachers of different countries. Groups of the school community that are targeted mobilities: 1. Students of the higher cycles catering services Management, catering Services, Hospitality Management Guide, Tourist guide Information and Assistance. 2. Teachers teaching in imparting training cycles mentioned above. 3. Non-teaching center of susceptible receive training to improve their efficiency in the work carried out on the center staff. In our school 4 vocational courses are taught FP grade: C. S. Hospitality Management, q.s.. Guide, Tourist Information and Assistance, q.s.. Address Kitchen and C. S. Restoration Services Directorate, of which we have sent to perform the practical stage a total of 11 students and 8 teachers, several companies and schools counterparts. The tasks carried out in the companies were appropriate to each curriculum planned: Incorporation to put production and management in the kitchen, serving food and drinks and service to customers in the restaurant and bar-cafeteria, reception and hotel customer care room and reserve management, tourist information and animation work
