CONTEXT The CPIFP “Los Enlaces” became operational as an Institute in the 1985-86 academic year. In 2010-2011 it becomes an Integrated Vocational Training Centre. We offer formal education in Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training and Educational Cycles, classroom-based and distance-learning in the fields of Information Technology, Image & Media, Transport and Logistics, Marketing and Publicity and International Trade. We also provide training aimed at both active and unemployed workers (formerly known as Occupational and Continuous). BACKGROUND ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 2014-2020 The Centre has possessed the Erasmus Charter since the 2007-2008 Academic year, Since the 2014-2015 academic year we use the Erasmus Charter for the mobility of teachers as well. Since the programme was put in place, our students have been able to carry out internship in different cities of Italy, France, UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Croatia, Estonia, Sweden and Malta. Since the 2014/15 academic year we have received within the Erasmus + programme: - Advanced level Students from France (BTS) - German and French Students of Vocational Training (Intermediate level, before known as LEONARDO programme) Since the 2005/2006 academic year: - LEONARDO DA VINCI, we have welcomed Intermediate level students from France and Germany Since 1998 our Centre has been participating in such European programs as PROVIDENCE, COMENIUS SCHOOL EXCHANGES with students from secondary and high schools (ESO and Bachillerato), PIREMOB (PLACEMENT PROGRAMME MIDI-PYRÉNÉES-ARAGON). OBJECTIVES - Provide the Centre with a European network of contacts to facilitate its participation in projects. - Improve our students’ linguistic competence, help them acquire specific attitudes and improve their understanding of the economic and social environment of the country. - Increase the employability of our students at Community level. - Help them learn new working techniques, business organization, social and labor skills. NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS Advanced Vocational Training students who must perform the FCT module. 24 students have done internship, 11 of them with Erasmus + grant and 11 with Zero grant (Beca Cero), the remaining two students did not receive funding. As a novelty, this year six of our teachers have made formation stays in the "job shadowing" mode. We have also hosted 8 students from two Centres of Germany and France. DESCRIPTION OF PERFORMED ACTIVITIES - A news briefing for the students of the 1st course is held with pre-registration to plan the following Academic year. - Another news briefing at the beginning of the second year in which interested students fill in the application form. -We apply the previously established public scale to the application forms. - The candidates sit a language level exam to see the language needs. - Everything is done through the Moodle platform of the Centre, where the students of the 1st and 2nd courses have an access to all the documentation as well as the information about the selection process. They can also communicate and solve their doubts. In addition, there is a physical space for students' attention. Similarly, all the information is available through the Centre’s website: www.cpilosenlaces.com. - The tutor of the Centre monitors the development of the FCT through the Moodle platform. Regarding the selection of collaborative partners we employ the following ways: • Institutes for Higher Education • Selective web search. • Personal collaboration of the candidates. • Offers received through the SEPIE. • Contacts of international programs developed earlier in our Centre. RESULTS, IMPACT ACHIEVED AND LONG TERM BENEFITS In the Organization: Support of the improvement of competitiveness and employment founded on the adoption of new or improved practices, especially based on ICT. Improve the environment of our Centre, taking advantage of synergies with organizations active in various fields and economic sectors. Improve the capacity and professionalism to work both at international and EU level, strengthening cooperation with other Centres and EU companies. In participants: Promote higher levels of employability skills and the creation of new businesses, including social enterprises, increasing the sense of initiative and the initiative in the company. Improve skills related to their professional profiles. Encourage critical thinking and communicative competence improving the knowledge of foreign languages and the use of ICT. Foster a more positive attitude and reinforce the core values of the EU: democratic values, fundamental rights, social inclusion, non-discrimination and active citizenship. Our Centre recognizes the completion of the Erasmus + programme through: • Academic Recognition of Training Module in workplaces (FCT). • Recognition of 22 ECTS credits. • Europass Supplement.
