Higher education student and staff mobility project

We have successfully applied and obtained funds from CMEPIUS mobility within Erasmus + Key Action 1: Learning mobility of individuals in the field of higher education for the period from 1 6. 2014 to 31. 5. 2016 (Agreement No. KA1-He- 152/2014). The purpose and objectives of the project: - Improve international cooperation and action in the international environment, the search for new methods, practices and ways to educate young people and adults, creating synergies and positioning of best practices in the functioning of organizations, strengthening the skills and employability of students, the quality of teaching and learning, the modernization of higher education and improve the capacity of partner countries, international dimension, support the Bologna process and political dialogue with strategic partners, - Learning mobility of individuals, whose main purpose is educational benefits to the individual or the individual woman to give participants the experience abroad, which brings a positive and lasting impact on their personal and professional development, - Implementation of 18 Mobility: promote mobility of individuals, both student mobility (study exchange in one of the partner countries during the period from 3 to 12 months training (internships) abroad in the period from 2 to 12 months (10 students), as well as staff mobility the purpose of teaching in a higher education institution abroad (3 employees) or for the purpose of training, education or tracking in the workplace (job shadowing) in a relevant organization abroad (5 employees) - Strengthening cross-border cooperation and the strengthening and harmonization of the skills acquired during their studies, those posed by the labor market, to enable participants to acquire the knowledge, skills and experiences that bring added value to their education or work at home. During this period 18 mobilities were carried out. 10 students were abroad at practical work, we hosted three foreign lecturers for the purpose of teaching, five people were on mobility for training purposes. Beside that during this period we also coordinated a few incoming mobilities of staff. Every two years we organize a conference VIVUS, in order to seek for new partners for projects and exchanges of employers for practice. Every year we organize an international event Trends in floristics, and we also invite foreign experts from companies. A significant part of the mobility relates to the field of horticulture, where we have strong international cooperation. Project Erasmus helps to preserve of existing connections, as well as building new ones. Dissemination among employees and students was carried out in several forms: the e-classroom, on the information days, on their teaching congregations, weekly staff meetings, on school billboards, on the Open Day, website, Facebook pages, conference VIVUS, in a professional journal My Countryside.
