Higher education student and staff mobility project

The project has been to facilitate and manage the completion of the course or module placements to students at the school who have been more interested and involved in European projects proposed by the school. Although the school already has a number of companies or organizations with which they could establish arrangements for practical work, it is proposed to students to propose alternative companies with which the students themselves have opened a phase of inquiry and search companies which they could initially accommodate you. In a second phase the teaching staff analyze the companies proposed by the students, then contact these organizations to discuss and agree on the details of them. Once established agreements documentation was managed and facilitated student mobilities, continuing monitoring the development of the traineeship especially through email but in some cases by phone. Once completed has contacted the students to verify their satisfaction or possible measures to correct has been collected his final documentation. these practices are valued very positive because at least half of the participating students have subsequently continued in companies in the sector in the country. They have improved their language skills, especially English. A participant in the program has sent a letter to the Director of the Center of thanks for allowing the realization of their practices in Europe. From the perspective of the STT has been known procedures and professional activities of the sector where subjects are taught and established contacts with companies in the future to accommodate students for practice.
