UPJŠ as an ECHE holder, is allowed to realise all types of mobilities ( student mobility for studies, student mobility for placement, staff mobility for teaching assignment and staff mobility for training assignment). The completed project has contributed to the process of internationalization of the univesity by means of inter-university cooperation based on learning mobility of individuals. The project also contributed to the process of improvement of quality of education and research at our university with primary focus to its commitment to student and staff mobility, which consequently allows enhancing students´ employability through the acquisition and exchange of knowledge, experience, development of language and intercultural competence and promoting personal contacts, and helps staff in terms of carreer progression. Our emphasis during the whole project period was on raising quality of already existing cooperations with universities abroad. New partnerships with universities abroad were targeted at student and staff exchanges which enriched both parties in the area of gaining international experience in the area of students´ exchanges as well as staff professional development. The university is fully aware of the fact that partnerships contribute to the university international reputation as well as they lead to improvement of the institution curriculum development which effects quality of education at our institution. Results of the completed project show that the number of mobilities have been exceeded compared to the number of approved mobilities by the national agency. The total number of reported mobilities is 329 with the most remarkable increase in student mobilities (170 mobilities granted – 232 mobilities reported). The number of granted and reported staff mobilities remains more or less equal (95 mobilities granted – 97 mobilities reported). All participants submitted their reports after mobility. Our student participants most frequently visited institutions in the Czech Republic (top partners: Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Metropolitní univerzita Praha ops, Univerzita Palackého v Olomouci), and staff participants preferred visiting institutions in the Czech Republic and Netherlands ( Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Univerzita Palackého v Olomouci). Reported average duration of all types of mobilities is shorter compared to granted average duration of mobility (reported duration of student mobility for study – 4 months, reported duration of student mobility for placement – 2 months, reported average funded duration of staff mobility for teaching assignment – 4 days, reported average funded duration of staff mobility for training assignment - 4 days).
