University College of Agora Zagreb for the first time participated in the Erasmus+ project, along with the already active projects of international partner cooperation for many years. Main objectives of the project were : establishing the cooperation with new partners-higher education institutions across the Europe, realization of student mobility for traineeship, realization of staff mobility for training and lecture activities ( especially younger ones for gaining the needed international expertise ), and making and maintenance of Erasmus+ platform as part of the existing web-site of University College of Agora. In the project there were seven participants - four lecturers and three students. Two pair of lecturers did their five day programmes, and they gained needed international experience, pararell working on realization and encouraging of future coopreations with the partner higher education institutions. Three students sucessfully preformed their mobilities, and they returned to Croatia with high level of satisfaction, as well by them as by their employers. Aditional benefit of the Erasmus+ project is another higher level of cooperation activities with existing partners before our participation in the Erasmus+ project, where our participation in the project work as aditional driver for new activities in different fields, and makes the good cooperation and exchange of students, teachers and experiences even possible.
