The "Mobility project for Higher Education", implemented by the Warsaw University of Technology in the academic year 2014/2015 under Erasmus+ program (Agreement No. 2014-1-PL01-KA103-000192), in the original version provided mobility of 326 people (266 SMS, 28 SMP, STA 27, 5 STT). As a result of information campaign, there left a total of 378 people. The project participants were students and graduates of WUT and academic teachers and administrative staff of the University. The host institutions for students (SMS) and teachers (STA) were universities from abroad (partnerships under the framework of inter institutional agreements) and other universities and institutions offering traineeships and training for students/graduates (SMP) and administrative staff (STT). The main objective of the project was the further improvement of the participants through courses and training visits abroad - for administrative staff of the University, through complete part of their studies or practice - in the case of students and graduates and by conducting a series of lectures and classes with students - in the case of academic teachers. The assumption of the project was to enable the participants to know the possibilities of education and the requirements of other European universities and institutions offering practice and training. Students leaving for study gained additional knowledge in their field of specialization, and students/graduates leaving for practice familiarized also with the possibilities and requirements of the labor market in Europe. All of the participants had the opportunity to learn about the realities of life in other European countries, get to know a different culture and traditions. Analyzing reports of participants we affirm that the project objectives have been achieved. Implementation of the project was one of the steps toward the strengthening of international cooperation, exchange of experience, knowledge of professional and intellectual potential of our students and staff by the host institutions, create opportunities for new contacts, get to know other methods of organization and management, and towards deepening the process of internationalization of the University. Inter-institutional agreements, concluded for the implementation of this project will also be executed in the coming years, which will ensure continuity of the program Erasmus+ at WUT and will help to increase the number of mobilities. Experiences of participants are published on the website www.cwm.pw.edu.pl and transferred to other candidates on the conferences, meetings and fairs.
