The Erasmus project is a relevant activity in the strategic objectives of ISIA Urbino. The main objective we wanted to obtain are: to enrich students didactic experience; to give students the opportunity to know different realities and way of working. We had at our disposal only two traineeship, but we had 9 outgoing students with the funds available to the Institute. The results we obtained are enrichment of the outgoing students experience and of the other students via peer to peer communication. At long term the Institute can obtain more awareness of international dimension and visibility. The students received the information through the website and via email, the notice drawn up by the Institute and the method of selecting the participants by a commission appointed by the manager who has compiled the list of merit. The first two students in the merit list have got the scholarship and played the mobility traineeship. Both students found the host structure independently, thanks to contacts within the Institute. They didn’t have linguistic support, because we didn’t receive in time the licence to permit them to attend the course. Both the students had obtained eight credits for their experience and a certification about the period and the structure in which they attended the traineeship. The Institution is trying to establish a joint degree with an Institution with whom we have a bilateral agreement and also other project cooperation in the next future. Il progetto Erasmus è un attività rilevante nella strategia operative dell’Isia di Urbino. Gli aspetti imprescindibili che vorremmo ottenere sono: incrementare l’esperienza didattica degli studenti; offrire agli studenti l’opportunità di conoscere differenti realtà e modi di vita. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione solo due mobilità stage con il contributo comunitario, ma abbiamo avuto nove studenti a cui abbiamo fornito un contributo istituzionale. I risultati ottenuti sono stati un arricchimento del numero di studenti in uscita e il passaparola. A lungo termine l'Istituto può ottenere una maggiore consapevolezza internazionale e visibilità. Gli studenti ricevono le informazioni attraverso il sito e via e-mail, la notizia raggiunge l'Istituto e il metodo di selezionare i partecipanti tramite una apposita commissione individuata dal responsabile che tiene conto del merito. I primi due studenti nella lista di merito hanno i requisiti didattici e svolto quindi la mobilità. Entrambi gli studenti hanno individuato la struttura ospitante individualmente, grazie ai contatti dei docenti interni dell'Istituto. Entrambi non hanno avuto supporto linguistico, poiché non abbiamo ottenuto in tempo utile le licenze per permettere loro di svolgere il corso. Entrambi gli studenti hanno ottenuto 8 crediti per la loro esperienza e un certificato attestante il periodo svolto presso la struttura ospitante. L'Istituto sta cercando di sviluppare un joint degree con uno degli istituti con cui ha un accordo bilaterale di scambio studenti e docenti, così come altri progetti di cooperazione per il prossimo futuro.
