Collegium Civitas zrealizowało 95,35% zaplanowanych mobilności (41 mobilności z zaplanowanych 43) w tym 100% mobilności studentów na studia (24) i 100% wyjazdów pracowników do uczelni partnerskich (13). 79% uczestników mobilności wśród studentów to kobiety. W mobilności pracowników wzięło udział 100% kobiet. 36% uczestników mobilności studenckiej to obcokrajowcy studiujący w Collegium Civitas na studiach anglojęzycznych. Pracownicy, którzy wzięli udział w mobilności coraz częściej współpracują z klientem zagranicznym, wyjazd był okazją do podniesienia ich kompetencji językowych i międzykulturowych. Uczelnia zrealizowała 3 mobilności studentów w trudnej sytuacji materialnej. Mobilności te zostały sfinansowane ze środków pochodzących z programu PO WER. Uczelnia dba o prawidłowy przebieg projektu na wszystkich jego etapach. Uczelnia dba o dobre relacje z ESN CC, którego członkowie wspierają studentów biorących udział w mobilności i dbają o ich integrację z lokalną społecznością studencką. Uczelnia dofinansowała mobilności studentów Collegium Civitas w postaci zniżki w czesnym na studia. Collegium Civitas powołało zespół wśród kadry dydaktycznej, który troszczy się o prawidłowy przebieg studiów za granicą. Studenci, którzy wzięli udział w projekcie zdobyli nowe kompetencji i umiejętności, które pozytywnie wpłynęły na wzrost pewności siebie i kreatywne myślenie. Ma to bezpośredni wpływ na ich przyszłe osiągnięcia na rynku edukacyjnym i na rynku pracy. Pracownicy CC, którzy wzięli udział w mobilności wzbogacili się o nowe kompetencje językowe i międzykulturowe, a także lepiej zrozumieli dążenia uczelni do rozwoju umiędzynarodowienia. Ma to pozytywny wpływ na długoterminowy rozwój uczelni. This project contributes to the EU goals targeting education and included in the Europe 2020 Strategy and in the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training (ET 2020). The project with its international dimension supports cooperation between program countries in the fields of higher education. Actions planned in the Collegium Civitas project included student mobility for studies and internship and mobility of academic and administrative staff. Collegium Civitas managed to accomplish 95.35% of the planned mobility scheme (41 mobilities out of 43) including 100% of student mobility for studies (24) and 100% of the staff mobility (13). 79% of student participants are women; 100% of staff participants are women. 36% of student participants are international students who undertake full degree programs carried out in English at Collegium Civitas. Academic and administrative staff that participated in the project more often works with international clients thus, their participation in the mobility was a good chance to improve their language and multicultural skills. CC carried out 3 mobilities of students from disadvantaged groups. Their scholarships were financed from external project PO WER. Collegium Civitas takes care of accurate proceeding on all stages of the project. CC fosters good relations with ESN CC members who support incoming students and help them to integrate with the local student community. Collegium Civitas supported financial efforts of outgoing students by granting them 20% discount in their tuition fees. Academic community at the university created a team that takes care of quality of study programs abroad for outgoing students. Students who participated in the project gained new skills which positively influenced their self-confidence and creative thinking which supports their future activities in educational and professional arena. CC employees who participated in the project gained new language and multicultural skills as well as were inspired to understand better Collegium Civitas attempts to improve internationalization at the university. This positively influences further development of the institution.
