Main aim was increasing of mobilities for students and staff. The majority of realised mobilities are related with the business faculty, in the study programs with mandatory study abroad in particular. All students were informed about the Erasmus+ program and the regulations. Additional we have regular presentations and a study abroad fair to get in touch touch with students from abroad and person with study abroad experience. The staff and students got regular informations per email and of course all information are published on our website. All these was supplemented by articles in our university's magazine. Students mobilities were prevalent during this project. Internships and study abroad periods were all the same. Main reason is our study program "Internationales Management". During this program is study abroad and an intership abroad are mandatory. Students in computer science or engineering programs prefer internships. The main destination for study is France and Spain. These are mandatory foreign languages, beside the English language. For internships the situation is similar, but additional United Kingdom relevant. Staff mobilities are related on our students mobilities but as well affected by personal relationships and double degree programs. During this project the experience are widened, professional, academic and social. Internationalisation-at-home are enhanced by the different incoming students and staff. All these increase an European identity.
