Higher education student and staff mobility project

The Regional University Hospital of Nancy hosts 9 health schools including 2 nursing training institutes. The training institute for 480 students Lionnois form .The health executive in charge of coordinating the program.A coordinator manages the entire project in close collaboration with management and all 25 trainers healthcare executives making up the A teaching team secretary is in charge of administrative records and health insurance and related modalities. The entire staff of the Institute is involved in the dynamics. The funding portion is managed by the Finance Directorate of the supporting health facility. The training institute is accompanied in its efforts by the Regional Council, which supports the project as part of an internship consortium "END" for nursing students. Seventeen interinstitutional agreements have been signed with higher education institutions and hospitals. We are vigilant to meet all of our partners either during preparatory visits or during the first internships that étudiants.Des collaborative work with our trading countries involved to maintain active partnerships. The agreements are based on a thorough understanding of the partner institutions and the ownership of nursing skills. These meetings allow a relationship of confidence and perpetuates trade between countries. The Erasmus coordinator ensures proper implementation of agreements and to maintain the assets. Therefore, we encourage for years and communicating on the mobility of academic and administrative staff as part of the modernization and internationalization of the institute. Teachers mobility are sought to enrich careers, teaching methods (in the innovative practices). They help develop links between institutes and meet students. Since 2010, more than 1/3 of trainers benefited from mobility. They are integrated into the educational project for themes such as bioethics laws, nonverbal communication, the family in care, nursing research, objective structured clinical assessment. A librarian, a secretary benefited from mobility. With an experience of 6 years, the project targeted thematic 2014/2016 4, nursing research illustrated by the intervention of an Irish nurse, the care of the dying in Belgium presented within the institute by a Belgian nurse as part of teacher mobility. Clinical Reasoning and high fidelity simulation was the theme of mobility training .The objectives of the motion was a mutual enrichment between establishment but also the implementation of a project within the institute including simulation high fidelity in line with the recommendations of the high authority for health thematic .These are fully involved in internationalization and modernization of higher education
