This Erasmus+ KA1 Higher Education project was undertaken in a full regular way. During the implementation of the project the Institution has registered some changes (for which a positive impact in the project was permanently sought) namely in its Direction Board, as well as in the responsible person for the Erasmus+ mobilities at a central level and, at some extent, also at local level*. During this project the Institution was able to strengthen the already existing ties with several HEI in Europe. A regular flow of incoming and outgoing students was set-up, up to where the provided grant could support. The registered feedback from students on both sides was globally positive, although some areas of interest have been identified for the introduction of changes and/or corrections (already being tackled in the following projects/funding periods). Overall, 13 outgoing mobilities were performed, 9 mobilities for studies and 4 mobilities for Traineeships. The registered countries hosting those mobilities were Spain and Belgium. *The Institution's headquarters and central services are based in Lisbon, to where the centralized Erasmus+ KA1 office reports, while several Higher Education's Schools and Institutes are located across country, in the North, Centre and South. Each Academic campus has at least one specific and permanent representative of the Erasmus+ KA1 office, close supporting students and staff in their most relevant needs and further reporting to the centralized office. This configuration of the Office allows both a centralized control and reporting to the National Agency, as well as a proximity service implemented near staff and students.
