During the internship, the student is led to understand the operation of the company through its products, markets its equipment, work organization, human resources ... and specific technological approaches to business in host country. It is also an opportunity for him to observe the social life of this company (human relations, schedules, safety regulations, etc ...) and especially to strengthen the knowledge of the English language and / or the country of Home. One 20 year old student left Germany in 2015, as part of a BTS in learning. The host company is in the field of home automation and manufactures electrical installation materials.
