Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project concerned the mobility of students in partner universities (nearly 130 agreements), internships and teaching mobility. The majority of students who have benefited from Erasmus + were enroled in the first cycle of the Business School programme and have benefited from the management Learning outcomes. Indeed, all our third-year students, 401 in total for the 2014 programme must undertake a semester (minimum) in a partner university or internship abroad or a combination of these possibilities. Fourth-year students, second cycle, M1, are also encouraged to complete an internship in a foreign company. An International experience is an essential part of the educational project of IPAG Business School. It enables students to experience a different environment and learn how to evolve in an intercultural environment different from their home university and native country. In this context of a partner university, this experience allows students to attend classes in another language and at an institution other than IPAG Business School. The objectives of the periods at the university abroad are to deepen management science learning, improve academic language skills, to understand cultural differences and their influence on companies and to prepare students for future international careers. However, the semester in a foreign university must focus on business and management courses rather than language courses. For the 2014 programme transcripts of records for the period abroad demonstrate that the operation was successful in terms of numbers participating and academic results obtained. The transfer and recognition of credits have been made correctly.
