For over 15 years the University CEU Cardenal Herrera has been offering the Mobility option to both, students and employees, in order to promote the internationalization and globalization of the University. The aims of Mobilities proceeding from the Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera include a wide range of aspects, starting from training outside the classrooms of our institution, good practices in the workplace, sharing experiences with colleagues at other universities, personal enrichment, opening horizons, multiculturalism and intercultural competences, and also language improvement. The total number of Mobilities conducted by the University CEU Cardenal Herrera is 151. From these 133 they have been carried out by our students in both studies, and internships and 18 Mobilities have been carried out by our professors and administrative/services staff, for training or teaching assignments. In order to obtain a scholarship for studies, the knowledge of the languages is evaluated along with the academic records and grades, for the internships the academic records and grades are the most important data. For STT/STA the offer is based on the projects of internationalization. We have organized International Weeks for faculties, specific to the Office of International Relations and also 1 aimed for training and teachers in language other than mother tongue. As to the results, we have observed an improvement in the skills, both personal and professional, which reverses on good teaching and management practices in UCH CEU, improving the quality of education.
